new hobbies & just little things lately to stay off (at least a bit more) the screen, get out of my head 🙆🏼‍♀️ 1–2: scratch book .. usually I go for abstract acrylic painting because I’m not really into detailed drawing (and also not that good at it) but this one is actually really fun 3–5: reading, sitting in the sun, journaling .. trying to calm my very active brain 6–8: little escape to Sophienholm museum. Nature + art always inspire me 9–11: baked sweet potato chocolate brownies (influenced by social media of course) .. I just love cooking, it feels like such a good outlet to do something with my hands & something good for myself 12–17: with Easter coming up I brought back my grandma’s tradition.. coloring eggs with flowers & herbs, all the way from Salzburg to Copenhagen .. loved seeing my friends get creative & ending it with an austrian inspired Jause after making 40 pretty eggs 💛 #creativehobbies #creativeoutlet #metime

Where I had dinner lately.. in Copenhagen. Starting the week with two new favorites. Bar Moro @barmorocph isn’t just super pretty, the South Mediterranean food also tasted sooo good! Lovely staff and atmosphere overall – we had a really amazing evening. Before dinner we went – just around the corner – to the super cool bar from Botschaft @botschaft.cph. You get to the bar by entering the restaurant and following a hallway past the kitchen. At first it kinda feels like you’re walking into the staff area… but nope .. at the end there’s a pretty huge bar with a very cool vibe. I went for a classic gin & tonic and loved it! Def will come back… and also wanna check out the Austrian food there 😋 #cphguide #cphfood #cphrestaurants

Week 13 recap 👩🏼‍💻 Follow along on a typical workweek with me: self-employed, living in Copenhagen & helping Austrian hotels attract Scandinavian guests. This week was a beautiful mix of progress, connection, and inspiration. I spoke with new potential clients, finished the landing page for a stunning wellness hotel near Salzburg and the mountains, and connected with peers from the tourism industry here in Copenhagen. I’ve also started building exciting relationships within the Scandinavian influencer marketing space…sooo exciting! I also stepped outside my usual routine as well: attending a female empowerment event by @danskerhverv and meeting a group of inspiring German-speaking women at the latest @koebenhavnistas event. We had the chance to learn from Sal about handling failure. Loved his depth and lessons learned 🫶🏻 In between it all, I’m trying to stay grounded. Creating little “time islands” in the mornings and evenings helps me keep that balance between running my own business and feeling like myself.
